The challenge

Urban Safari is a leisure and tourism service to discover Madrid by beerbike, buggy, tuk-tuk and Vespa with a private guide and themed tours. It needed to turn its offline business into one that works online.

What I did

I adapted how the business works so it could operate online. I developed the online product and the user experience.

Contribution and scope

Strategy: defining the online business model. Design: look&feel and usability of the portal.

Results

Visual improvements, better user interaction and ease of use, and increased activity.
