This page explains what personal data I process when you use ramonmr.com, why, on what legal basis, and how you can exercise your rights. It is written in plain language and follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and Law 34/2002 (LSSI).
1. Who is responsible
Ramón de Moya Romero is the owner of this website (https://ramonmr.com) and the controller of the personal data collected on it. You can write to me at hola@ramonmr.com about anything related to your data.
2. What data I process, why and on what legal basis

I do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data, and I do not use advertising cookies.
3. Who receives your data
I do not sell or give away your data. To make the site work, some providers are involved that process data on my behalf or on their own, depending on the case:
- IONOS, my web hosting and email provider.
- Google (Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA, and YouTube if you play a video embedded in a blog post). These services may involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, covered by the safeguards Google provides for this (for example, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
I will only share your data with other people or organizations if the law requires me to.
4. How long I keep it
I keep data for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal obligations. Cookie data is kept for the periods stated in the Cookie policy.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to hola@ramonmr.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier processing. I will respond within one month. Where the law allows an extension for complex or numerous requests, I will inform you within that month. If you think I have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Minimum age
The forms on this site are meant for people over 14. If you are younger, ask a parent or guardian to use it for you.
7. Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and I apply reasonable technical measures to protect the data I receive. Even so, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Cookies
This site uses first-party and third-party cookies. Change your choice using “Manage consent” in the footer. You can accept them, reject them or change your choice at any time. All the details are in the Cookie policy.
