The challenge

Centralize the insurance product catalogue (Multi-risk, Commerce, Civil Liability, Health and Life) with its conditions – premiums, discounts, analysis and exclusions per product – on a clear and usable platform.

What I did

I organized the usability, SEO and development teams. I managed the budget. I was the functional link with the business teams and produced the value propositions. I ensured project planning, quality management and risk prevention. I planned, sized and led the team’s resources – multidisciplinary teams of between 6 and 15 people – and I was the communication point between the Integrated Management and the project team.

Results

Visual improvements, better user interaction and ease of use, and increased activity.
