Let’s talk about your project
Looking for a digital consultant? Pick what you want to talk about, tell me the basics and I will answer you myself. Three steps, no detours.
What to expect when you write to a digital consultant
Every message is read and answered by me, not by an automated system. I usually reply with a few questions to understand the context: what you want to achieve, where the project stands today and which constraints matter (budget, deadlines, team).
You can write about product design, digital marketing, delivery of a digital project or simply to ask for a second opinion. If it is not something I can help with, I will tell you so.
Before writing, you can take a look at the services I offer or my professional background to see if my experience as a digital consultant fits what you need.
Frequently asked questions
What kind of projects can I bring to a digital consultant?
Anything related to building or improving a digital product or channel: a website that does not convert, a campaign that is not delivering, a product that needs a clearer roadmap or a team that needs help organising delivery. If you are not sure whether your case fits, describe it briefly and we will figure it out together.
What information should I include in my first message?
A short description of the project, what you want to achieve and any relevant deadline is enough. Links to your website, app or current materials help a lot. There is no need to prepare a formal brief: the first conversation is precisely to clarify the scope.
How long does it take to get an answer?
I read every message personally and try to answer within a few working days. If your request is urgent, mention it in the message so I can prioritise it.
What happens after the first contact?
If there is a good fit, we usually schedule a short call to go through the context, goals and constraints. After that I send you a proposal with the approach, the deliverables and a realistic timeline, so you can decide with all the information on the table.
Do you work with small businesses and startups?
Yes. I have worked with companies of very different sizes, from small businesses and personal projects to large organisations in sectors such as insurance and the public sector. The method adapts to the size of the team and the budget, but the goal is always the same: measurable results.
Is my information treated confidentially?
Yes. The data you send through the form is only used to answer your request, as explained in the privacy policy. If your project requires a non-disclosure agreement, just let me know.
Why work with an independent digital consultant?
An independent digital consultant gives you an outside view without the overhead of a large agency. You talk directly with the person who will do the work, decisions are faster and the advice is not tied to selling you a specific tool or package. I combine product design, digital marketing and project delivery, so I can look at a problem from the user, the business and the execution side at the same time.
Can we start with a small task?
Of course. Many collaborations start with a focused piece of work, such as an audit of a website, a review of a campaign or a workshop to prioritise a backlog. It is a good way to see how we work together before committing to a larger project, and you get useful conclusions from the first week.
